Red Stone Equity Partners focuses on the acquisition of multi-family affordable housing apartment communities in proven markets throughout the United States. Since inception, Red Stone Equity Partners has raised more than $3.9 billion in tax credit equity for the development and/or rehabilitation of more than 29,000 units.

Fundamental Real Estate Focused
Red Stone Equity Partners focuses on deals located in strong markets with favorable demographics, demand, and favorable discount to market rental rates. Red Stone Equity Partners’ experienced Acquisitions and Asset Management underwriting team conducts a comprehensive internal underwriting which consists of an in-depth market surveillance (as further described below), structure, construction and sponsorship review.
Asset Management Focused
Red Stone Equity Partners was founded on a long term view of the investment in each affordable housing tax credit property and as a result, Red Stone Equity Partners’ Asset Management Department is involved with each transaction from the early stages of underwriting, which allows for a seamless transition to the long-term oversight of each property investment.
Red Stone Equity Partners’ Asset Management Department provides construction, lease-up, and on-going operational oversight for each property in Red Stone Equity Partners’ portfolio. In addition, an Asset Manager conducts initial market site visits to ensure market feasibility and prior to closing provides a detailed rent, expense and derived market rent analysis. The Asset Manager also conducts annual site visits to ensure the property is well-maintained and the property manager is compliant with all tax credit requirements. Red Stone Equity Partners provides investors with accurate and timely quarterly reports that clearly highlight the financial performance of each property and the overall fund. All necessary tax information is also provided on an annual basis.
