Mission Court, Tulare, CA

Red Stone Equity Partners is committed to supporting the communities in which we invest, as well as others in need, extending our mission beyond investing in affordable housing. Through our Red Stone Responds Committee and Charitable Fund, we provide financial contributions, volunteer time, and service efforts to address public needs related to health and wellness, disaster recovery, and community engagement across the United States, Washington, D.C., and Puerto Rico. Specifically guided by two of our company values, Taking Initiative and Putting People First, we advocate for those in need across a diverse array of populations, consistently striving to make a meaningful difference.

Each year, Red Stone Equity Partners participates in a company-wide day of service; previous outreach has included community and property improvement projects, sponsoring and serving tenant meals, hurricane relief fundraisers, and tenant holiday initiatives. Red Stone Responds also includes philanthropic efforts focused on health and wellness education and affordable housing education programs. Central to all of these efforts is our dedication to the communities we serve – we celebrate and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging efforts within our company, in the communities around our local offices, and in the housing industry at large.

Community & Belonging

Red Stone Equity Partners is committed to fostering, cultivating and preserving a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging. We stand in solidarity with minorities and people of color, including our employees, partners and the tenants we house, in the battle against racism and injustice. Our primary goal as a business is to significantly improve the status and sustainability of communities throughout the United States by facilitating the development and preservation of high-quality affordable housing communities. We commit to continuous improvement by recognizing, celebrating, embracing, encouraging and supporting our most valuable assets: our employees. Furthermore, we understand that in order to reach our full potential as an organization, we must remain vigilant in fostering an inclusive environment, particularly with respect to recruiting and selection, compensation and benefits, and professional training and development. Our team is the cornerstone of our business, and as such, we commit to ongoing evaluation and focus on our policies and practices in order to create and sustain an environment where all of our employees can flourish.
