Kara Molland is a Director of Portfolio Management, Special Assets for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where she is responsible for the on-going monitoring and reporting on the performance of a designated portfolio of properties. Kara has over 25 years of experience in real estate investment, including 18 years of LIHTC-specific experience. Kara joined Red Stone in March 2011, and prior to that, she was with GE Real Estate where she was responsible for assisting in originating and underwriting multifamily transactions.
Kara is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she received a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
