Kevin Welsh is Managing Director of Acquisitions, where he oversees the department’s investment execution nationwide. Kevin leads a team of regional directors, investment managers and acquisition analysts. Prior to this role, Kevin managed Red Stone’s originations efforts in the southwest and supervised the West region’s investment managers and analysts. Kevin joined Red Stone in 2019 and has 18 years of experience in real estate investment and LIHTC syndication. Prior to joining Red Stone, Kevin spent 10+ years at Wells Fargo where graduated from the Bank’s Credit Management Training Program.
Kevin is a graduate of University of San Diego, where he received a Bachelor of Business Economics with a concentration in Real Estate.
