Rob Vest is Principal and Chief Investment Officer for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, assisting in the origination and management of investor and developer relationships and the overall management and investment decisions of the firm. Rob has 33 years of experience in real estate finance, including 28 years of LIHTC syndication/investment. Prior to joining Red Stone in 2009, his previous tax credit syndication experience included serving as a Director for a national tax credit syndication firm, a Vice President of Acquisitions for First Union Capital Markets, and an intern for Enterprise Social Investment Corporation.
Rob is a graduate of Davidson College and Kenan Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina.
