Stephen Palmaccio is Director of Dispositions for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he is responsible for managing and executing the disposition strategy for Red Stone’s portfolio of LIHTC properties and the liquidation of its single-investor and multi-investor LIHTC funds. Steve joined Red Stone in 2020 and has 20 years of experience in real estate investment and LIHTC dispositions. Prior to joining Red Stone, Steve was Vice President of Dispositions at a national tax credit syndication firm.
Steve graduated with honors from Ithaca College in Ithaca, NY where he received a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration and has also received a Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University.
