Charlotte Banghart is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing the Portfolio Management Department and the ongoing monitoring and reporting of activities for Red Stone’s portfolio of properties. Charlotte has 20 years of experience in real estate investment, including 17 years of LIHTC-specific experience. Before joining Red Stone, Charlotte was in the Special Assets and Dispositions Group of Boston Capital in Boston, MA. Prior to Boston Capital, Charlotte was a Project and Relations Manager for a historic tax credit and community development consulting firm in the Mid-Atlantic.

Charlotte is a graduate of the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH.
