Kim Olsen is Senior Director of Portfolio Management, Finance for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC where she is responsible for overseeing investor reporting along with the tax and accounting review of lower and upper tier projections. Kim has 12 years of LIHTC experience and prior to joining Red Stone in 2013, spent five years in public accounting where she worked on tax preparation and tax planning for individuals and owner-operated small businesses. Kim graduated cum laude, with a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Gonzaga University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
