Alyssa Thomas is the Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director of the Portfolio Management Department at Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC. In this role, she oversees financial decisions, monitors the portfolio’s performance, and provides detailed investor reporting.

With 20 years of experience in the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) industry, Alyssa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Before joining Red Stone in 2011, she spent eight years at Cohn Reznick, where she managed audit and tax engagements for LIHTC developers, syndicators, and investors.

Alyssa graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from George Mason University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
