Alyssa Thomas is a Managing Director of Portfolio Management for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where she is responsible for overseeing the Portfolio Management Department. Her responsibilities include the ongoing monitoring of Red Stone’s portfolio, annual tax and accounting review of lower and upper tier projections, and investor reporting. Alyssa has 17 years of LIHTC experience, and prior to joining Red Stone in 2011, spent 8 years at Cohn Reznick where she was responsible for the oversight of numerous audit and tax engagements for low income housing tax credit developers, syndicators and investors.

Alyssa Thomas graduated summa cum laude, with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Accounting from George Mason University, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
