Brian is the Director of Alternative Investments for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC where he is responsible for the origination, acquisition, financial underwriting, and partnership structuring of all non-LIHTC Red Stone investments. Brian has been involved in a range of transactions including Opportunity Zones, GP Interest purchases, and portfolio valuations. Brian has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment, having been involved in structuring more than $8 billion of real estate equity. Prior to joining Red Stone in 2015, Brian worked for a national accounting firm specializing in affordable housing. Brian holds a BS and MBA from the University of Indianapolis and is a licensed CPA (inactive) and AICPA member.
