As Director of Underwriting, Caitlin Landrus is responsible for providing mentorship, direction and oversight for Red Stone’s real estate underwriting team. In addition, Caitlin is responsible for ensuring adherence with Red Stone credit standards, underwriting guidelines and quality control in concert with the Chief Credit Officer. Caitlin has more than 29 years of real estate and LIHTC experience, having previously served as Vice President Portfolio Management, Real Estate within Red Stone’s portfolio management group. Prior to joining Red Stone in 2016, Caitlin served as Vice President, Special Assets for a national tax credit syndication firm, Senior Vice President of Asset Management for a small regional developer, and spent sixteen years serving in various roles including Vice President of Asset Management, responsible for managing a staff of Asset Managers located throughout the United States and Director, Investment Management, managing multiple investor relationships for Enterprise Community Investment, Inc.
