Kevin Welsh is Director of Acquisitions for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC where he is responsible for the origination, acquisition, partnership structuring, and syndication of affordable housing tax credit investments. In addition, Kevin oversees Red Stone’s investment management team for the western US. Kevin has over 15 years of LIHTC investment experience including direct, proprietary and multi-investor executions and has participated in the acquisition of over $1.6 billion in tax credit investments nationwide. Prior to joining Red Stone, Kevin spent 10+ years at Wells Fargo where graduated from the Bank’s Credit Management Training Program.

Kevin is a graduate of University of San Diego, where he received a Bachelor of Business Economics with a concentration in Real Estate.
