Stephanie Kinsman is Managing Director of Investor Relations for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC where she is responsible for assisting in the origination and syndication of tax credit investments to institutional clients. Stephanie has 15 years of experience in LIHTC syndication and has participated in the origination/syndication of approximately $3.5 billion in tax credit investments. Prior to joining Red Stone in 2009, Stephanie spent three years at a national tax credit syndication firm where she was responsible for the structuring and closing of affordable housing and historic tax credit investments.

Stephanie was one of six individuals selected as Affordable Housing Finance’s 2016 Young Leaders, honoring those individuals playing vital roles in the creation and preservation of affordable housing.

Stephanie is a graduate of John Carroll University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics.
