Terron Cox is Director of Development Risk Management for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC, where he oversees the construction underwriting group responsible for reviewing all affordable housing and historic tax credit investments. The Development Risk Management team works closely with developer and investor clients to evaluate the construction related risk of new, rehabilitation and adaptive reuse affordable housing projects across the country. Prior to joining Red Stone in 2018, Terron worked as an architect for more than a decade with a number of design firms in Chicago. His experience spans a wide range of project types, including residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and mixed use developments, both nationally and internationally.

Terron is a graduate of the University of New Mexico, where he received a Master of Architecture with Tau Sigma Delta Honors.
